REGISTRATION - ACCOMMODATION

• VAT is not included in the above prices. 20% VAT will be added.
• Participants who register daily must pay a daily facility usage fee of 150€.
• Everyone who wants to speak, attend, or promote products at the scientific meetings must register.
• The registration fee includes a congress bag, program and abstract book, participation certificate, name badge, and entrance to the congress center.
• All registrations become final with payment. Please send your payment receipt to the organization secretariat by email (kbb2024@serenas.com.tr) for confirmation.
• To benefit from discounted registration fees, the registration fees must be deposited into the congress account before May 24, 2024, and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat by email.
• Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect possible changes in taxes, duties, and fees in the prices.

Registration Cancellation Conditions
• Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Serenas Tourism.
• Full refunds will be made for cancellations made in writing before May 24, 2024.
• For written cancellation requests made between May 24 and July 31, 2024, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellation requests after July 31, 2024.
• Name changes will be accepted until October 6, 2024.

• The prices are for a 4-night package.
• All hotel package prices include 4 nights of all-inclusive accommodation from October 23, 2024 (check-in) to October 27, 2024 (check-out).
• Room allocations in congress hotels will be made according to company budgets. Please inform us of your requests.
• Each package accommodation is valid for one person and cannot be shared by multiple people.
• All participants will have dinner at their hotel before social activities.
• External participation fee for participants not staying at the congress hotels through Serenas Tourism is 150€ per day.
• These participants will be provided with free lunch and beverage services in all bars and restaurants within the congress hotel concept between 08:00 and 18:00 during the congress. Entry to the congress hotel after 18:00 will be subject to an extra charge.
• Participants who book their accommodation through Serenas Tourism in any of the congress hotels will not be charged an external participation fee.
• All accommodation confirmations will be finalized with payment. Please send the relevant receipt to kbb2024@serenas.com.tr after payment. Requests that have been paid for and submitted will be confirmed in writing based on hotel availability. Applications made with only a bank receipt and unconfirmed budget requests will not be accepted and will be put on a waiting list.
• The right to cancel or transfer unpaid accommodation requests to another hotel is reserved.

TRANSFER

• Transfers for all participants who have notified Serenas Tourism of their transfer requests between October 23 and 27, 2024, will be provided as round trips (airport-hotel-airport). The fee for round-trip transfers is 75€. For special transfers, please contact SERENAS. If you notify changes to your flight in writing 48 hours in advance, your transfer change will be considered.
• Shuttle services between hotels will be provided on October 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27. The shuttle service between hotels is included in the accommodation fees.
