Congress Details
Congress Date and Venue
The 45th Turkish National Congress of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery will take place from October 23 to October 27, 2024, at the Elexus Convention Center in Cyprus.
Congress Language
The official language of the congress is Turkish. Simultaneous translation from Turkish to English and from English to Turkish will be provided during the scientific program.
Registration and Information Desks
The registration and information desks at the Elexus Hotel and Acapulco Hotel, which are the accommodation hotels, will begin operating from October 22. These desks will be open daily from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM from October 23 to October 27. All guests will be welcomed by SERENAS personnel at the hotels.
Name Badges
All participants will be provided with name badges. To ensure the orderly conduct of the congress, participants are requested to wear their name badges at all times.
Participation Certificate
All participants will be able to obtain their participation certificates from the kiosks located at the congress center by scanning the barcodes on the back of their name badges starting at 12:00 PM on October 26, 2024.
Accreditation
All sessions and courses of the congress will be accredited by the Continuous Medical Education Accreditation Board of the Turkish Medical Association.
Permissions
Invitation letters required for submission to institutions for congress participation will be sent to interested participants through the Congress Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation fees are the responsibility of the guests holding invitation letters.
Airport Transfer
Transfers for all participants who have notified Serenas Tourism of their transfer requests between October 23 and October 27, 2024, will be provided as round trips (airport-hotel-airport). The fee for round-trip transfers is €75. For special transfers, please contact SERENAS. If you notify changes to your flight in writing 48 hours in advance, your transfer change will be considered. Shuttle services between hotels will be provided on October 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27. The shuttle service between hotels is included in the accommodation fees.
